Transparent, patient-friendly refund standards for all WAFFA appointments and wallet balances

1. 100% Refund for Doctor Cancellations or Technical Failures

If a consulting specialist cancels an appointment or if platform/network failures prevent a consultation from completing, 100% of the consultation fee is immediately refunded to your WAFFA Wallet.

2. Patient Rescheduling Guidelines

More than 2 hours before the slot: You may reschedule your consultation at zero extra charge.
Within 2 hours of the slot: A nominal 15% slot-holding fee may apply to compensate reserved clinical time.

3. Refund Processing Timelines

WAFFA Wallet: Instant reversal (within 60 seconds).
UPI / Bank Reversal: 2 to 5 business days, depending on issuing bank.
